SERVES 4 2 Lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh 1 Tbsp. Jerk Seasoning JERK SEASONING: 1 Tbsp Pappy’s Choice 1 Tbsp. Walkerwood jerk seasoning 1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil Mix all ingredients together. DIRECTIONS: Toss the meat of your choice with the jerk seasoning and allow to marinade overnight in the refrigerator. DIRECTIONS: 1. Light the barbecue 2. Add meat to the grill. This should cause a smoky appearance. 3. Cook until done. 4. Once chicken has finished grilling, chop it up add favorite barbecue sauce.
You may also add more jerk seasoning or salt flavor.
