Garlicky Grilled Skirt Steak Gyros with Hot Pepper Pineapple Relish and Yogurt

For the Skirt Steak: 1 Skirt Steak 8 cloves of garlic, minced 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice 2 Tbsp. canola oil Kosher salt and black pepper Mix the garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto meat and let sit for one hour.
For the relish: 1 ½ Cups fresh pineapple, diced small 3 jalapenos, minced 1 red bell pepper, diced small 3 Tbsp. fresh mint, minced 4 green onions, sliced thin 2 Tbsp. Lime juice 1 Tbsp. Olive oil Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit.
For the yogurt 1 Cup Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. Honey Mix all ingredients in small bowl
To assemble dish: Grill skirt steak on hot grill until desired doneness and the remove from heat. Slice steak against the grain into small strips. Heat several pieces of pita bread on the grill and then start by adding some steak, then the relish and top with some of the yogurt.
