Handful of organic spring mix or any kind of lettuce your choice
6 oz filet cut
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 TBSP full of oyster sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
You need a good frying pan to quickly cook the meat
Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan on high heat.
Add the onions to the pan. Chef’s note; Don’t worry if the heat creates smoke. The smoke will help with cooking the filet mignon.
Add the filet mignon and cook to your liking.
Mix the garlic, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Add to pan to coat the filet.
Extra: Make a dressing from melted butter, fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
